PhD Topic:
  • Investigating the development of psychiatric symptoms and related brain structure and connectivity, with a focus on anxious and depressive symptoms in children and adolescents from the general population
Datasets & Methods:
I leverage repeated measurement data from the Generation R and ABCD Study, the largest in-site and multi-site paediatric cohorts on brain development. 
  • Use of several neuroimaging modalities (sMRI, DTI, rsfMRI)
  • Longitudinal SEM, vertiex-wise and ROI analyses
Other activities: 
  • MRI scanning
  • Trained in and performed quality control of FreeSurfer-processed brain images  
  • Incidental findings identification
